The Oak Bay Adult Synchronized Skating Team is a fun and passionate group of adults who want to continue skating.

Synchronized skating is a unique and challenging discipline that focuses on teamwork and camaraderie while developing skating skills. You must be over 18 years of age and have previous skating experience (at least Junior Bronze Freeskate/Star 5 Elements). No synchro skating experience required. Before each session, we will have an office session to work on learning our program as well as working on flexibility, strength and conditioning.
